I will advise potential buyers not to buy any shares at the moment till Leon and Dhani are on board. Price will only go down if you buy because YA and CSS have plenty to sell.

bozzy_s, I remember I was invested once in NCT...hopes & dreams but discount placing in the end - circa 50%+ dilution.... at 0.09p...had a short term rise to 0.3p....now few months later bouncing near the discount placing price... LOL

Don't buy any shares till new directors come on board. If you don't buy any than YA and CSS won't be issued any more shares.So don't buy until the new directors are affectively on board.

My each and every expectation has been ruined so far:

1. Hoped for a "No" for share consolidation - received YES

2. Hoped no more dilution - got another 25% dilution

3. Hoped for a Speech stake sell off - didn't happen as far as I can see

4. Hoped for some sort of trading update pre GM - NOTHING

...

list goes on

SP ended almost 52 week low a day before consolidation!

A DISASTER FFS!!!!

"Following completion of the loan noteholders and shareholders meeting yesterday, the board of PeerTV (the "Board") is undertaking a review of the Group's operations. The Board confirms that PeerTV is no longer going to fund the operations of Digitek but that they remain committed to the OTT (TV over the Internet) business."
