28/10/2015 15:20 | I can see that the majority of transactions today are well above 0.0275p level :) 0.02p / 0.03p right now...but for how long? | sunnyboy25
28/10/2015 11:21 | "bozzy_s - 16 Oct 2015 - 17:00:26 - 3588 of 3707 Trouble is SunnyBoy25, shareholders don't have any influence whatsoever. The company has a deficit of over $5m, whilst the market cap is just £0.2m. Therefore shareholders don't have any say at all in what happens. All the power is with the company's creditors. They call all the shots. The equity is worthless." --- --- 19th October RNS "Offer to Loan Noteholders of Digitek SMT Assemblies Limited" 27th October RNS "Update re: General Meeting" ;) | sunnyboy25
28/10/2015 10:58 | It'll be a start, derailing the gravy train. Can't see anything medium-term for PTV as it stands - it's a consistent loss-maker. Biggest hope is perhaps some sort of RTO in future. With some of the bigger players watching (eg Shareprophets), that's a possibility. I still wouldn't touch it with a barge pole! | bozzy_s
28/10/2015 10:19 | Power to the people! | monkey puzzle

28/10/2015 08:19 | 185 million traded in the first 20 minutes....can you believe it? ;) | sunnyboy25
28/10/2015 08:19 | Excellent start +33% so far | sunnyboy25
27/10/2015 17:06 | I guess an abstraction is getting some more specifics now....interesting times! Only 3 trading days left till a General meeting... ;) | sunnyboy25
27/10/2015 16:17 | Another string of circa 13 million trades (in total) at 0.025p in the last 10 minutes... How many more trades at 0.025p are required for a tick up? LOL | sunnyboy25
27/10/2015 15:50 | DOWN 10% on what? On 126,700,320 buy volume vs sell volume 67,532,205 according to advfn Peertv trades data??? LOL | sunnyboy25
27/10/2015 14:43 | I bet that 2x10 million "trade" is a rollover... :) | sunnyboy25
26/10/2015 11:03 | Anyway only circa 4.5 trading days left till a General Meeting! :) | sunnyboy25
26/10/2015 10:53 | I can't believe that BID is so weak right now to drop from 0.0195p to 0.0165p on 6 million shares especially when so many of the reported trades were ABOVE 0.02p!!! Of-course only a cynic would think these movements are related to "the lowest daily Volume Weighted Average Price" !!! | sunnyboy25
23/10/2015 16:17 | Thats great news so now we can build more towards making this a copany for shareholders as we own it anyway. | deltalo
23/10/2015 15:37 | Both of today’s RNS have transaction date 19th October! T+2 Then on Wednesday (21st) you get 505,863,621 shares at 0.023p reported, am I right? ;) P.S. previous shares sold - does it require a holding RNS? new shares assigned - does it require a holding RNS? newly assigned shares sold - does it require a holding RNS? If all happens on the same day? how many RNS do you need? But yes, I guess "Date on which issuer notified" could confuse a little bit... ;)))) | sunnyboy25
23/10/2015 11:32 | I hope we get some updates re future from the company PRIOR to GM otherwise I can't see how company is planning to get 75% votes in support of share consolidation! | sunnyboy25 |
