I can see that the majority of transactions today are well above 0.0275p level :)

0.02p / 0.03p right now...but for how long?

Trouble is SunnyBoy25, shareholders don't have any influence whatsoever.

The company has a deficit of over $5m, whilst the market cap is just £0.2m. Therefore shareholders don't have any say at all in what happens. All the power is with the company's creditors. They call all the shots. The equity is worthless."

It'll be a start, derailing the gravy train. Can't see anything medium-term for PTV as it stands - it's a consistent loss-maker.

Biggest hope is perhaps some sort of RTO in future. With some of the bigger players watching (eg Shareprophets), that's a possibility.

I still wouldn't touch it with a barge pole!

I can't believe that BID is so weak right now to drop from 0.0195p to 0.0165p on 6 million shares especially when so many of the reported trades were ABOVE 0.02p!!!

Of-course only a cynic would think these movements are related to "the lowest daily Volume Weighted Average Price" !!!

Both of today’s RNS have transaction date 19th October!

Then on Wednesday (21st) you get 505,863,621 shares at 0.023p reported, am I right?

previous shares sold - does it require a holding RNS?
new shares assigned - does it require a holding RNS?
newly assigned shares sold - does it require a holding RNS?

If all happens on the same day? how many RNS do you need?

But yes, I guess "Date on which issuer notified" could confuse a little bit...

I hope we get some updates re future from the company PRIOR to GM otherwise I can't see how company is planning to get 75% votes in support of share consolidation!
