Time will tell "The Stigologist" but I am more than happy with my small purchases at 0.269p and 0.262p atm - I guess plenty of parties are holding above that level just read the latest 2 RNS :)

I personally see a very limited risk here at these levels for my small personal holding despite all the doom and gloom you are desperately trying to promote here! :P

A single update for GSR sent the share price flying 100s % back in March:

Why our BoD is not in a hurry to stop or at least limit the dilution knowing the existing PIs are continuously losing money?

More equity issue ---> more shares dumped to MMs ---> more shares with MMs ---> good chances for a lower ASK...as a result effective spread drops so the shares can be offloaded to PIs ---> possible push for Share consolidation (e.g. at this level) ---> rinse & repeat? I hope not...

Of-course all the above is my humble opinion! :)

IMHO by not selling our stake in SMLH the company essentially extending the credit line hence dilution hence drop of the share price (justified or not its another question)...why BoD inaction long before todays events?

IMHO any possible share consolidation here would mostly benefit the "diluter"...to avoid having otherwise qualifying for a T/O shareholding at circa £0.2 - £0.25 million Mcap LOL

IMHO at some point this morning MMs got supply of cheap shares hence they bravely dropped the spread to ridiculous level of 0.015p / 0.02p...of-course once heavy buying started the spread was immediately pushed up to 0.02p / 0.03p...

LOL

;)

June 1 2015 ----- intra-day spike/rise....Issue of Equity RNS 2 business days later (3rd June)

July 16 2015 ---- intra-day spike/rise....Issue of Equity RNS 2 (!!!) business days later (20th July)

July 30 2015 ---- intra-day spike/rise....Issue of Equity RNS 2 (!!!!!) business days later (3rd August)

August 25 2015 -- intra-day spike/rise....Issue of Equity RNS 2 (!!!!) business days later ( 27th August)

Did I miss something? What is it if not continuous manipulation of the share price?

Could it be the case for FCA to look into?

JUST a WEEK ago the spread was 0.045p / 0.05p...

Today almost half of it...0.025p / 0.03p...

Last non holding RNS was on 2nd September...

How did this happen?

A familiar pattern?

[a portion of stock being dumped]
..
[wait for market to absorb all or part of it]
..
[next portion of stock being dumped]
..

I really hope THERE IS NO communication taking place between MMs and seller (e.g. CSS/YA in our case) to drive share price to a particular level to suit someone's agenda!

What about dilution in the past 4 months?

When you call something a "turnaround plan" and within approx. 4 months the share price drops by 95% & there are 700 million shares more than before you start to question whether BoD is working in the best interests of the shareholders...

Extract from 18th May 2015 RNS:

"The directors are of course aware of the significant dilution which has taken place during the past ten months in particular and fully understand the views of the shareholders. However, the new issues of Ordinary Shares are being made to provide the business with the working capital it needs to build shareholder value.

In addition the balance sheet is being strengthened through the settlement of a number of liabilities through the issue of new shares"

The company is valued now circa £0.3 million.

Mid May (Turnaround plan) I believe the Mcap was circa £1 million if not more...

Since then we had:

- equity issued for CASH

- new orders RNS etc

- market update with sales orders UP

HOWEVER

The share price drops almost every day (SP dropped 90+% since turnaround plan) yet there is no comment / announcement from CEO & BoD.

From 23 June RNS:

"50,000,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 0.20 pence per share to Fidelity Venture Capital Limited as a subscription for cash."

WHERE IS A HOLDING RNS?

I don't know what to say really...it's very very strange...SP manipulation / share price control comes to mind....perhaps FCA should look into this?
