Only 50 million sold? Really?

Why then nearly 6 days each approx 40 million and share price remained stagnant?

Improbable - too many transactions at 0.05p level that's the rock solid bottom for 761,076,794 Ordinary Shares in my humble opinion!

Personally I am of the opinion that MUCH more shares ALREADY sold on the market than DECLARED by some parties!!!

RNS doesn't state TIME of the transaction only date you know! Could be 8am could be 2.50pm! LOL

Last change in PTV's Speech Modules Holding ltd holdings dated 20 August 2015...more than 7 days ago!!!



In my opinion the AIM market update is required ASAP to clarify the Speech modules situation! Since I would prefer not to guess or e.g. use Google Translate wording!

a) What is our current % in Speech Modules Holding ltd?

b) How much PTV got in cash from selling part of our stake?

Plenty of high volume days since 3rd of August to clear the overhang yet we are still getting 10 million lots dumped on the free market...LOL

On occasion I am under the impression free float here is much more than 761,076,794 Ordinary Shares...

I really hope I am wrong and no shares are lendt by so called 'II' or 'large holders' to short selling parties?!

BTW from 23 June 2015 RNS:

"50,000,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 0.20 pence per share to Fidelity Venture Capital Limited as a subscription for cash."



It has passed already 2 months...where is a holding RNS? What happened to that transaction? Has anyone raised that question at the latest AGM?

PTV remains super stable despite stormy market weather...at 0.05p with 761,076,794 Ordinary Shares on board (less than £0.4 million mcap) there is a good chance bottom reached IMHO

20+ days since last "company's" RNS...come on PTV!!!!

Time will tell "The Stigologist" but I am more than happy with my small purchases at 0.269p and 0.262p atm - I guess plenty of parties are holding above that level just read the latest 2 RNS :)

I personally see a very limited risk here at these levels for my small personal holding despite all the doom and gloom you are desperately trying to promote here! :P

the true market cap is many multiples of £0.4m because they have so much debt
