Peel South East Limited £110,000,000 10% First Mortgage Debenture Stock 2026 (ISIN: GB0005320196) (the "Debentures")

 

The Company announces that on 2 May 2024 it cancelled £7,400,000 of the Debentures, which had previously been acquired by the Company.

As a result, there remains £97,995,454 Debentures in issue.
