They've been spending their money on renewing the gaming licenses, hiring Bob McDowal, preparing the interim accounts and now the EGM.

I think the new funds will be used to terminate the Riverfort deal and provide working capital but this in itself will lead to further dilution.

I do believe RP is determined to built a quality company out of PCGE but it is clear to me at least he cares not one iota for small ordinary investors. This is further evidenced by the fact the consolidation is only 4 to 1. Meaning at today's price the new shares will be priced at only 0.30p.

There is a specific reason for this and why he has not gone for 100 - 1 consolidation and it is to keep the share price on the radars of Joe Mug Punter who enjoys holding squillions and squillions of shares in the hope that one day each share will be worth 1p and make him a millionaire.

I see the share price dropping much further after consolidation.

Can’t see them diluting in the too near future unless it is to fund some sort of deal! I would rather they be able to do this than not! The other upside to this is either the RF funding deal will be voided, or, we will see substantially higher returns from it than current! I do expect a share issue to the directors at some point as non but Poulden have much (if any) skin in this!

hmm....not sure ....there are loads of (crypto?) opportunities out there and having the ability to raise funds is good. It might be just a prudent step ....although I do think a fund raise is coming ...it could be good or not so good. I am not sure the level of consolidation matters much (happy to hear other views on this)

I am not keen on the consolidation as could lead to a drop (often does) but I think all Crypto stocks run up in Jan ....so maybe the crypto rumours here drive it much higher (am in blu and vela - if they rise ...I will derisk and buy here).

Agree with PW no fundamentals so you are punting ....as long as you are happy with that I think it looks good ...but risk has risen with potential dilution.

i think it will be next year now .....but not a bad idea to position yourself over the next 6 days or so ....2nd Jan could be the start of bigggggg rise ....not much chance of 8p+ before then
