22/11/2017 09:55 | Thanks PWhite - found it odd as thought they had a reasonable cash balance at results | mister md
22/11/2017 09:51 | Yikes "The Equity Sharing Agreement provides the opportunity for the Company to benefit from a positive future share performance. However, should the Company's share price not perform positively, then the Company will receive less than the amount it will return to the Syndicate (subject to pricing adjustment) and, if its share price falls substantially, the Company may have to return some or all the proceeds of the Subscription to the Syndicate." | mister md
22/11/2017 09:49 | No. What it means is that instead of handing D Beta a cheque for £500 D Beta are prepared to wait for a more profitable trading month where it will deduct an extra £500 from money made. | pwhite73
22/11/2017 09:35 | Further to the Announcement, the Company announces that whilst it is due to pay GBP500.67 to D-Beta One EQ, Ltd as a result of trading in the Company's shares during October 2017, D-Beta One EQ, Ltd has waived their right to this repayment and that it will be adjusted for in future trades. Is this a typo or does it really say they cant currently pay 500 pounds ??!! | mister md
22/11/2017 08:57 | As Xmas approaches the markets are only to aware mug PIs will have to crystallise their losses to meet festive expenses. Seen this so many times. Private investors on the AIM just never seem to appreciate the contempt in which they are held and just what garbage they are. | pwhite73
21/11/2017 18:45 | Have they not sorted Bryant out yet ffs. Surely a typocal tribunal case is done within 6 months. | smart solution
21/11/2017 18:26 | Congratulations to everybody no PI buys today so desperate Riverfort are selling at cheaper prices. The days sells started at 0.0579 by the last trade it was down to 0.055p. The Riverfort equity swap was just sheer greed. PCGE has got nothing from the deal. It has cost us 50% of the value of our holdings and it will put a lid on any positive news. | pwhite73
20/11/2017 10:35 | When will people learn. Buy the shares and Riverfort will sell into any buys. The company are not even making any money from the death spiral deal. Indeed they are now having to give back money from funds raised from earlier placings. Sit back and wait for deal news or bust. Don't line the pockets of these Hedge Funds any longer. | pwhite73
19/11/2017 15:08 | So what this week...more of nothing or news....finally. | smart solution
17/11/2017 08:53 | OMG. Whitey....positive.. | smart solution
17/11/2017 08:34 | Personally speaking I see the no update on the Riverfort monies for last month as a positive sign. | pwhite73
16/11/2017 17:59 | With a total lack of PI interest Riverfort have no option now but to dump ever larger amounts at ever lower prices hoping they can attract some punters again. Do you see why this type of funding is called 'Death Spiral'. | pwhite73
16/11/2017 17:03 | Perhaps we should all buy shares in Riverfort? | chopper harris1
16/11/2017 16:46 | Pull your finger our ffs Poulden. | smart solution
16/11/2017 08:56 | Interims due in 6 weeks. Pressure is on RP to deliver anytime as currently the Riverfort deal is making look a right d*ck..... | blueblood
16/11/2017 08:54 | Disappointing that he has shut shop on twitter after saying he would use to update shareholdrrs. Needs to speak now....simple as. | smart solution
16/11/2017 08:49 | I do hope the delay in announcing this months money from Riverfort is due to them cancelling the whole arrangement. | pwhite73
16/11/2017 08:02 | smarty Logic points to the fact that Bob was brought on board to facilitate a move into cryptocurrency. Poulden, Manelli and McDowall were speakers at a blockchain event in July 2017. However experience has taught me that 95% of reported activity on the AIM is to convince mug punters that their hard earned cash is being put to good use. The direction of the share price tends to prove nothing could be further from the truth. As a general rule death spiral lenders are like a type of virus. They only attach themselves to worthless companies that had thousands of PI shareholders willing to purchase ever cheaper shares in the hope that one day the share will 10 bag and make them rich. Volume is what death spiral needs. As a general rule good companies don't take on death spiral lenders because the directors and institutions want to own as many as the shares as possible in preparation for a takeover. If they need money they take out a bank loan and use the company as security. The fact that PCGE has a death spiral lender tells you what the directors think of the shares. | pwhite73
15/11/2017 19:07 | One of mine, UKOG, got into a 'zero percent interest' funding with Riverfort today, I'm gutted, because I know where it leads. | festario
15/11/2017 18:44 | Good points Whitey. Do you think they brought Bob on board to dupe us into thinling all ok. | smart solution |
