Unfortunately the forward selling of shares is not illegal. And if you were buying today you would be ecstatic to pick up shares at. 0.05p. I said before AIM companies are only interested in today's PI mug punters not yesterdays.

I do believe the fall is as much as a surprise to RP as it is anyone else. The agreement was that 83..33m shares would be sold per month. Riverfort and associates are clearly dumping a damn sight more then that.The reason why you don't sell into this is because recoveries are faster than gains. PCGE can get back to 0.15p on recovery quicker than if you invested in another company to seek a 300% gain.

trouble is this agreement is just walking the price down steadily. Those who paid .1 and .14 in the placing must be livid.

We know 1 billion shares were issued due to the Riverfort deal but how many were JIM holding before.

The shares information web page has been updated 25/09/2017. JIM Nominees Ltd hold 30.53% seems a bit on the large side. I would suggest there are some large holders in there and not PIs. Can anyone remember or has a screen shot of the previous shareholder info page of 05/06/2017.

My view and it's just speculation is that there is an issue with the Riverfort deal. They or others associated with them have been shorting down the stock to ensure PGCE receive no money from the equity swap part of the deal and only Riverfort profit from it plus their fees. Maybe that was the whole plan right from the start. PCGE raises £425k and if anything else comes in as a result of BB ramps then so much the better.

The only thing that is shocking is that people were expecting any news at all. You have two choices sell and take your losses or wait for corporate news. The trouble is the longer you wait for corporate news the more Riverfort will trash your investment. Something may come along and save you but who knows when.

RP said he hopes to issue good news over the coming months and shareholders should be aware that any deal would involve an RTO. These things take time and nobody has an issue with any of the points he made.

Why there is so much anger and frustration is that nobody had bargained in that he would completely trash the share price yet again. With the Riverfort deal being the worst one of the lot. Riverfort selling into a complete news vacuum lowering the price day after day.

With the bid now at 0.05p anyone who bought on his April presentation needs a 300% gain just to break even.

It is the falling share price that PIs are livid about not the timescales or even the lack of news.
