The AIM is all smoke and mirrors you can't necessarily believe anybody bought 11m shares. Market makers could have registered the buy just to let Riverfort offload further. Have you not noticed the selling has been relentless since the so called 11m buy. Another 1m dumped on the opening bell and down she goes again.

Another RP outfit WSBN interim results out this morning. Absolutely disastrous. Blaming hurricanes now. The shares trading at an all time low and has done nothing for retail shareholders since listing but dilute, dilute and dilute. Like PCGE Riverfort have now got their fangs in this company.

I have to admit I thought deal would swiftly follow the finance announcement.. looks like I was wrong! Why not take up such finance much closer to the time when it is actually needed?!
I won't be topping up/averaging down at least until solid news, if at all!

This is the whole issue.The deal and funding are not connected. RP raises funds when the opportunity presents itself. His mantra is that 'performance will always trounce dilution' which is only true if the company is performing. None of his are. The danger is that the share price can collapse to 0.035p. When an RTO is announced at 0.065p RP can claim a 100% gain for investors. Which would be true if you were a buyer at 0.035p. If at 0.15p you're stuffed.

Fund dumped another 7 million this morning, I can't believe Poulden agreed to this funding deal if news is months away as he will 'collapse' the share price and as you say get peanuts back from it.

One can only assume he has done this as news is close (and the share price will be higher) it only makes sense if this is the case.

If not then he is an idiot...will give him the benefit of the doubt until the end of the month...
