I know that we are all just nicknames on a Bulletin Board and that everyone should take the posts of anyone else with a pinch of salt, but Toolsmoker has come across to me as being genuine in his assertion that all the recent placing shares went to one individual.

But the truth is that it really doesn't matter who holds the shares. It's about whether the management can now set the company on a successful path with the money raised. That means starting that process pretty damn quickly or this money is going to disappear pretty damn quickly on admin costs alone. They have previous for this: remember the £400k raised at the end of last June? I assume that had all been eaten up by the end of January.

Lots of bullish ramps/theories bandied about on this thread but the case still remains that the only indisputable comment to appear is from one poster who pointed out that Nick Bryant has a record for over-promising and under-delivering. I wonder if Rio Rooney or Wayne Ferdinand or whoever this latest investor may be has fallen for the same promises as many before him. And please also ponder that £700k to one of these types is the rough equivalent of £1k to most of the rest of us on these threads.

Must say that although i was getting buy quotes fir a staggering 15m shares mid afternoon, the amount on offer by end of day was far less. ... hopefully overhang almost gone

They can issue as many holdings RNSs they like. They will remain pretty much meaningless until we get some RNSs which detail that they're actually doing something positive with the raised funds.
