Holding info is responsibility of individual...co. can't make individual or institution announce over 3% even though co. Knows said individual or institution has over 3%...nothing to do with broker!!!

Cheers nopolipo. Guess not a huge holding then? Strange as we have had some huuuge buys of late at least three of circa £100K+ and each one is 5% of the company and the biggest for £140K was 7%!!!

TS that's fair enough if it's upto the broker to release a tr-1 regarding the placing buyer which is known to you as a individual you claimed he is one buyer. What about this other big buyer we've had the £140k £111k £95k that's something seperate to the tr-1 your talking of, can you clarify if we are potentially looking at two tr-1 holding rns's with the latter linked to CSL? I thought any holding above 3% had to be recorded by the company as it is materail information

48m buy from 8th just posted costing £94k. Added to previous 111m somebody is building a very serious holding here. Enjoy the weekend but Monday can't come quick enough now :-))
