Jennings hasn't added to his holding. He just moved spreadbets into shares. Same exposure. He might have got shaken out of the spreadbet trade - maybe took a huge loss. Who knows.

The part that people considering investing here may not have grasped fully is that the 7.23p figure is just the 'INITIAL' figure the share price should be BEFORE the Chinese have made their bid, so you could conceivably be looking at an T/O offer of 30p + at least here imminently! I expect we may see the 112 mill one day volume of last week smashed tomorrow or one day this week and we could easily see a 500 mill + volume day this week imo.

No its not a placing at a premium at all. I'd be concerned that they need to raise such a pitiful amount and that the Directors have their nose in the trough reaping 16% interest with warrants chucked in. Nice, unless you are a shareholder.

I have to admit I have been bottom fishing and have taken a small stake here as I can see this moving up from here. People were ramping this and probably have already disappeared having made a quick 20%. Topinfo is one who comes to mind.Having re read the RNS the news is positive but we have some ways to go here with this licence and it is going to take some time. Have see talk aboit Chinese companies before in other shares and beford you know whats happened they have disappeared and the share price dies a death. Look this get rich talk is possible but I wouldnt sell my granny to buy in here.Highly speculative.Having said thst I have bought a few but mainly vecause of the piece below from the RNS

50% of the company is in Chinese hands, not 25%. The other 50% is General Veloso.

The more sells there are the better as they see to be going into safer hands.
Once this stops (if ever) then there should be a steady climb as 25% of the Company is now in Chinese hands. This would make a good take away

You did correct Hooded Claw, lots of dodgy P&D folk about - I'd advise people to stay away from Twitter, so much BS being sprouted. As I said let's hope the board can creat some kind of value via a deal. GLA
