wow, I've never seen that before. That's disgusting. Novum acting like Dominic Cummings. One rule for them and another rule for everybody else.

Of course that news about the moz court was going to have a material effect on the share price Anybody holding stock saw their value fall, they weren't protected from it.

It should be fair for all. That risk should be for all.

What they have done reducing a contractual obligation to buy shares at 1p, resetting it to 0.65p is a scandal that benefits them, Richard Jennings and their clients. Current shareholders not invited into that £250,000 placement are now diluted. The CEO and Board at Pathfinder Minerals have lost control of the company.

BRH is at bargain levels currently and sub in discussions with majors. MCAP just shy of 7m with legacy seller bringing it down from 49/50Great opp to recoup losses there

Very clever strategist is General Veloso. Hats off to him. He has controlled the Mozambique Supreme Court and now, when he is ready to come to the negotiating table he releases this judgement - and in one swoop he has cut off his enemy's only hold over him and now Pathfinder Minerals Plc is just a bit player. I would be surprised if PFP now gets 30% of the licence, when a day ago they were expecting 70%. Clever old Veloso. He has turned the table. Never underestimate and old military man.
