8 years in the making...They have finally managed to do a deal, totally blown away by this news and many won’t see it until they get home this evening. This was an £80m Mcap when the license was taken away and the asset has doubled in value since those days! NPV of over $1 billion this is going to go crazy tomorrow once people read the rns and realise it’s significance. Can see this hitting 5p pretty quickly tomorrow, well done bod

✔️ Today its £6.2m with only 272m shares in issue

✔️ First target 6p 🎯

✔️ NPV double to 1.05bn.

✔️ Mine life of 30 years at $323m per year

NPV of over $1 billion they have been trying to get an agreement with the general for 8 years and now it’s finally arrived! This news is worth a huge amount of money and anyone buying before the bell should bag tomorrow imo, I know this one well and it’s mega news really is

Align research sticking their beak into it, sure sign a placing is coming, likely already agreed.Good news, but there remains uncertainty over any terms of the outcome, as specifically stated in the rns.

Lady_g - the BoD have not promised £1m of shareholder money. They have promised £1m of future shareholder capital SUBJECT TO AFG getting the asset back into the Plc for which AFG have simultaneously represented that they will apply to equity valuing the stock at @ 4p per share. That would be totally transformative for the stock price of course.

Stop trying to spread fear here.

Well well, I just saw the RNS and am left wondering why this isn't 2p plus today? PFP board giving the strongest hint yet of a negotiated resolution. Shares looking very cheap when compared to other mineral sands producers/licence holders and in a market where there is a shortage of product and prices rising. Market cap here is woefully low as the odds on a resolution shorten.
