Receipt of Final Consideration

Partway Group plc (AIM: PTY) announces that, further to its announcements on 21 November 2023 and 8 December 2023, the Company has received £367,000, being the difference between the negative working capital position at Completion and the £1 million retained by the Purchaser, in accordance with the terms of the SPA.

Any defined terms (unless otherwise defined) take the meaning given to them in the announcement of 21 November 2023.
