Posted at 21/12/2022 15:43 by zen12 How awful that MMs allowed to take this this far down and rob PIs. It shouldn't be allowed as naive / green investors would have been fully robbed today. |
Posted at 13/12/2022 12:46 by zen12 CEO was selling company for 200p last year, now wants to buy out shares at ridiculously ultra bargain 2-6p/share, and this is after investors coughed up for placing only 6 months ago at 20p! |

Posted at 24/5/2022 21:31 by gostevie63 This has to be one of the most disgraceful examples of director incentive corporate greed I have seen in all my many years of investing. In just over a year since its IPO the shares have dropped by around 90% and yet the directors are being rewarded with generous options. Honestly, it's this sort of thing that helps to give AIM such a bad name amongst private investors like me and many other subscribers to this website. Thankfully I have never held shares in this company. |
Posted at 23/12/2021 09:30 by masurenguy Parsley Box flop leaves bad taste for investorsReady-meal delivery service Parsley Box (MEAL) is proving to be one of the worst initial public offerings (IPOs) of the year, according to AJ Bell. The group is getting ready to go back to the market to ask investors for more money despite only listing on AIM in March. Analyst Russ Mould said: "The worst-performing IPO of 2021 is going from bad to worse. The share price has fallen again because the market has taken the view that a troubled company will only be able to raise more money if new shares are issued at a big discount. Parsley Box has been a real flop since listing, with the shares now down 81% since its March IPO thanks to two horrific trading updates. The company’s key problem is that it doesn’t have a unique selling proposition. It provides meals for old people that can stay on the shelf for a long time without having to be put in the fridge or freezer. Fray Bentos has already cornered that market and there is plenty of competition from supermarkets for individual meals that are either frozen or chilled." The shares tumbled 15%, or 6.5p, to 36.5p on news it was planning to raise more money. |
