Result of General Meeting

The Company announces that at the General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, all three resolutions set out in the notice of general meeting incorporated in the circular to shareholders ("Circular") on 28 April 2011 were duly passed.

The tender offer, to acquire up to 2,100,000 Ordinary Shares, as announced by the Company on 28 April 2011 ("Tender Offer"), will remain open until 1.00 p.m. on 23 May 2011.

Cancellation of admission of the Company's Ordinary Shares to the Official List and to trading on the Main Market is expected to occur with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 15 June 2011.

A further announcement is expected to be made on or around 26 May 2011 regarding the levels of acceptance under the Tender Offer.

This announcement should be read in conjunction with the Circular and definitions and terms used in this announcement are consistent with those set out in Part 6 of the Circular.
