05/12/2018 13:52 | I first bought at about 1.5p (in old money), sold all at 8p I think, then watched it go up a lot more. I was so convinced it was overvalued I actually opened an account especially and shorted it a couple of times. It's the only share I've ever shorted! (and it came down, so made money on it also). Got back in only relatively recently. Onwards and upwards indeed! | robs12
05/12/2018 12:07 | I bought my first PMG shares at, from memory, 8p They rose to 10p and I formed the opinion that they would not be able to proceed very far without doing a major dilutive share issue to raise cash. So I decided to take my respectable 25% profit and wait for the inevitable dip. Best laid plans of mice and men…….. Did not come back until 57p, since when I have made a total of 6 purchases. I'm underwater to the tune of 12% but I remain confident that this is going to come good. Onwards and upwards | tournesol
05/12/2018 12:04 | OK my guess is 80p.. :D | fardels bear
05/12/2018 11:58 | Manrobert Hi not sure what you meant by saying you were "happy to donate your prize"? If you win, I'd be more than happy to send you the prize. If you'd rather I donated it to a good cause instead, I'd be happy to do that too. Let's not get ahead of ourselves, though. Let's wait for year-end and see what happens to the share price. Someone else might be getting a half case! T | tournesol

05/12/2018 07:59 | Yes shame about the rule change allowing a change of guess tournesol with my original guess of 80p being spot on at the time! ;-) | bountyhunter
05/12/2018 07:52 | I wouldn't pretend to know about charting, but isn't that a pretty well perfect cup and handle, on the yearly chart? IF so, is that a good omen? John | 2350220

03/12/2018 19:33 | Hope Tom releases news at this level so it can go to 80/90p quite rapidly and not wait till its at 40/50p before doing so. | francoismyname
03/12/2018 18:39 | Looks like I should have stuck with my 80p prediction as that may well now end up as the high for the year! | bountyhunter

30/11/2018 20:28 | if you really want a laugh have a look at this post... #35711 (and then #35709! ) ...has to be the funniest post I've ever read on advfn! | bountyhunter
30/11/2018 20:23 | LOL..I just looked back at my old posts on PMG and what brought me here in the first place - take a look at post 1499 of 7689 on this very thread, before DNX was taken over... "Dana Petroleum (DNX) owns 27.5% of Faroe Petroleum... ...it [PMG} looks a bit of a one horse play on Faroe Petroleum.. ...but I am wondering what comes next (when/if DNX gets taken out & Tom Cross is looking for something else to do)?" And I simply must urge you to look at post 1624 and 1627 for a laff...on 21st Oct 2010.. ;-) | robs12
30/11/2018 20:21 | this will ping up soon, news to come. | chutes01
30/11/2018 20:19 | Maybe send them both the link to that post Rob just in case they haven't considered joining up to fend off the DNO bid! It seems like a great idea on the face of it! :) | bountyhunter |
