Non-exec chairman just spent £10k on shares in the company. I have just topped up at 8.9p. The story continues to build slowly under the radar !!!!

"Mike has considerable M&A experience having led both successful acquisition and sales processes, he also has experience of data implementations in complex businesses."

Does this signal a move towards a sale, or acquisition led growth?

Another part of the jigsaw, another new Director to replace part of previous (poor) management. Keep watching this space, I really believe with Gerry on board, a lot of changes will be happening here soon !!

Invested for same reasons. Turn around with good upside. Major company with tiny market cap.

Just topped up once again. Gerald Brandon is really moving ahead with SKIN and MWG and I wouldn't be surprised to hear that things are starting to change here also. After all they have an £8m market cap and a turnover of £80m. You would be surprised how many quoted companies are so badly run including this one, in the past, I hope !!!!

Bought in yesterday for the first time (only small to start-not easy to get stock !!). This company is like a sleeping giant. It has a large turnover, deals with many government departments and has never made any REAL money. But now Gerry Brandon has joined the board, who I think could make a real difference having already done a tie up with INTEGUMAN. GLA

Great takeover target imo. I was impressed with the live presentation I was invited to yesterday. I hold 175000 shares @ 16p average. Way underwater, but a steady climb should ensue unless a takeover is forthcoming

Dusseldorf,

ouch! But so true - I did skim read :0)

My strong cashflow comment referenced the £3m swing - which I saw, and am impressed with. The progress was evident at the interims.

And I didn't look into when those debts are due to be paid. But I will.

Thanks.

garth - you should really read, not skim read. They have £4.16m in cash - the 'cash positive' means after taking into account certain debts. It's actually a positive swing of £2m vs. a £1.1m debt position last year. I've been slowly buying a few, not really for long-term, just because I think someone is going to buy them soon.

Strong cashflow. But only £900K in cash. Sufficient cushion? Hard to tell, but should be. Borrowing facility looks strong enough with savings made.

I sold out in January. But I am keeping an eye. There are just so many that I have my eye on though! ;0)

Results look good with increase in net cash and cost saving and reduction in head count.

Vat exonerated until further notice. Market cap 5.8 million... To me looks a decent recovery play if they have protected themselves by applying essential positions with home workers, as did Robert walters who operate in a similar sector. Supplying consultants and contractors.

Our previous investment in technology, particularly in tablets for all consultants globally, has ensured the transition to home-working has been seamless without adversely disrupting service levels to clients and candidates or internal working practices and communications... Here is hoping Parity paid attention to the changing dynamics and put in place more measures like this.
