23/7/2015 08:12 | Deferred consideration clear as mud. I guess it says Dirs are due 750k but Dirs also have to pay 400k to HMRC. They need to sort out amicably as otherwise could cripple company. Someone, somewhere has got to find 400k to pay HMRC in any event. | stegrego
23/7/2015 08:00 | After what seemd an eternal wait for FY Results very quick HY Results, although as stated more of an update. Ebitda positive again. Little confused over the deferred consideration. Only on mobile but cannot see if any order book changes | pj 1
16/7/2015 17:39 | OK MY guess with better English is hopeful that the project manager is for hamleys contractsas rumour Dubai is hopeful of £5 or 6millions. | dontsweatit
16/7/2015 17:11 | Also, the Group Finance Controller job is gone from Monster. Hopefully this means h1 results sooner rather than later. | themadstork
16/7/2015 17:00 | Project Manager Project Manager Key Requirements Must have a proven track record in fit out and a full understanding of the development and delivery of museum, leisure, retail and other visitor attraction related projects, with project values ranging from £500K to £8m. Ref to £8 million project size again | pj 1
10/7/2015 21:39 | no one interested on my comments | dontsweatit
07/7/2015 20:20 | also sorry just talk that biggest contract has been won but if correct why arenot these investors buying in big so they must disbelieve it as well, not sure. just how you say gossip? all buying in has been small | dontsweatit
07/7/2015 20:14 | some talk from pi's that hamleys contracts cud be delayed due to Chinese group wanting to buy HAmleys and Greece affecting Lamada and refered to Dubai as being hopeful of next news rns. sorry no more information all I have. It is very long time since a big contract win was talked about at beginning of the 2015 and nothing has come yet. is this turning to another SKil ports and indian rhetoric. How long does nondisclosure usually last for surely the staff at PEL would kno if these contracts were won, they cud not keep it from their own staff? maybe directors are ways to positive. glashalffull summed it up well in posts above. investors here deserve much better and reward if so | dontsweatit
04/7/2015 00:58 | The broker said 2nd half weighted results so it's likely the interim results won't be great. | stegrego
03/7/2015 22:39 | Everyone ignore what PJ said before but it seems somethings maybe happening take over or mergers at Hamleys so not sure how that would affect any with Paragon. if pel had good relations with the Chinese financier than ok but I cannot find any link connection. word is hamleys news and contract soon but I have reservation.-things happening in Dubai is more probable in ouropinion I have been buying recently but am look for more information on finance position.if they not ahead of forcast expectation at half year then I will sell. Disgraseful delays with results with no excuses given will they do that again so not buy to many.gla DSI | dontsweatit
01/7/2015 12:12 | Encouraging action post-results. Hopefully the interims will be out ASAP as they *should* show a return to profit in H1 this year. | themadstork
26/6/2015 14:07 | fugwit- It was mentioned last year of a small placing to settle the deferred consideration from purchase, but I got the impression from PEL it would be at a higher share price (pre-delayed Results) Its hard not to see a more substantial raise coming following on from Results especially when the hoped for contracs appear. I hope HY will give more indication of the cash generation and clarification of HSBC position, although (I cannot access files currently) they were not actually in Overdraft at Y/E 2014? Maybe beneficial payment terms can be negotiated as per construction industry? | pj 1
26/6/2015 13:58 | Quite a busy and varied week to say the least: Results finally released. Banking covenant breach reported. Richard Arden resigns as FD. New Framework agreement signed with MAF. And a pair of new licensed products added to the offering | cockerhoop
26/6/2015 10:10 | What it means is the contractual process does not have to be undertaken on every project. This speeds up the process and makes all our lives easier and route to projects more fluid. Due to performance on recent projects they are now happy to engage in Framework. | pelboss
26/6/2015 10:09 | Hopefully HSBC won't cut up rough as the borrowings are fairly minor at 281k at YE. The cash and equivalents position at YE was very poor so I am expecting a fair amount of pomp and rns such as todays' to drive the share price higher in anticipation of a rights issue. Could be wrong of course but am factoring it in as a scenario. Thoughts? | fugwit
26/6/2015 08:20 | Yes I believe so but this confirms and opens up many more avenues. It looks to me like works are quite often awarded before any contracts anre signed in this sector. Maybe a sort of trial run, although that is just a guess of my part | pj 1
26/6/2015 08:09 | Werent they already working with MAF? | phowdo
26/6/2015 08:05 | Good news PJ although I still wish they would get more work closer to home; | janeann
26/6/2015 08:01 | Thanks GJ Hopefully the start of good news flow, some serious wealth behind these 26 June 2015 PARAGON SIGNS FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT WITH MAJID AL FUTTAIM LEISURE & ENTERTAINMENT LLC Paragon announces that is has entered into a Framework Agreement with Majid Al Futtaim Leisure & Entertainment to design and build their unique portfolio of leisure concepts. 24/6/2015 11:27 | Finncap 10 million rev 0.5m ebitda 2nd half weighted. 3p target. I would hope that was conservative. | stegrego
24/6/2015 08:40 | PJ1, 'We continue to see considerable growth in the sector and our pipeline of potential opportunities has increased considerably to in excess of GBP180 million. We have been successful in our conversion of this pipeline already having confirmed orders of over GBP15 million to the end of 2016.' | cockerhoop |
