You would have thought they could manage to publish the correct number of shares in issue:

The correct figure is 206,430,550

The shareholder calculation will no doubt be completely wrong too.

Can anyone else see the RNS history on the page below:

I have checked on 3 browsers and don’t see the RNS list but believe it is there as it happened last week and suddenly appeared again, perhaps they have some sort of intermittent website problem.

First #RMP gamble but only £500 dip toe in at 0.8p, my theory is lots will buy the dip combined with short closing. Might double off the low, but is 0.7-0.8p the lows though ?

I agree what they produce is world class but it’s folly in business terms. With cost over runs and project mispricing why do you believe they have enough funds available to meet WC requirements?

You have been here a long time Stiffy, so you’re no johnny-come-lately but let’s see if the auditors sign this off as a going concern without further funding.

Why not phone the NOMAD and ask if they are still within their banking covenants?

If they delist the price will fall

If they raise money the price will fall

If they do nothing the price will fall

The only hope is a strategic investor within the industry that can support & nurture the business and we then see a positive share price

I seriously think they struggle to meet payroll now, so unless you are privy to the company bank balance I’d sit and wait.

"you've rumbled me"

What for having a twitter account. 99% of all traders/investors have twitter accounts too.

I buy size in bombed out small caps and when they recover I gently offload.

Nothing to hide.

Dave,100,000 shares at 0.845p = 845 quid. That's all. At the current market cap, PEL must interest people interested in get rich quick possibilities. It is now too small for most investors - both liquidity (except yesterday/today) and market cap. The RNS yesterday was good, but it was a rns -non, so no change to company forecasts etc. Did the people buying yesterday miss that, or didn't they believe it would happen or are they the get rich quick momentum people. I suspect the latter and as soon as the share price turned, they got out to preserve capital and live to fight another day on a different share.

Absolutely right 1sv. PEL is very annoying as it should be making money, but the mgmt seem to have the knack of mispricing anything, so that investors are unsure if yesterday's good news will be good or bad !With a market cap of about 1.6m, and a bank who are clearly not happy, I would think that we are heading into last chance saloon, before it is taken private for a derisory price (although it couldn't be much more derisory than the current SP).A rights issue or placing to raise funds would be the obvious way, but does anyone trust management not to blow it ? Their credibility is not high over the last 2 years. A series of RNS has indicated an inability to sort out a very small company, but be more interested in internal infighting.

Really didn't like the phrase sub optimal . I'm irritated that they are not being straight with loyal investors. They need a positive über optimal deal to get investors behind them again . I wonder who is reneging in £168k payment. Not good.

After speaking with other investors recently it seems blatantly obvious to me that this Co is actually insolvent and at the mercy of its Bank (HSBC?). If they were to issue Accounts now then that would instantly tell their existing and potential clients of the material risk that any contracts or work in progress cannot be completed, these clients would then mitigate their own risk and place work elsewhere, and the vicous circle continues. By failing to meet the date for Results with no further communications to the Market highlights to me the disregard the Co has for it's investors.
Uninvestable.
