Paragon Entertainment Limited (AIM: PEL), the attractions design, production and fit-out business was today informed that Mark Pyrah, CEO of the Company, purchased 261,193 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.68 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Mark Pyrah is beneficially interested in 19,366,341 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 10.3% of the Company's issued share capital.
