Paragon Entertainment Limited (AIM:PEL), the attractions design, production and fit-out business, announces that on 8 November 2017, Mark Taylor, Chairman of the Company, transferred his beneficial ownership in 10,876,961 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in Paragon Entertainment Limited ("Ordinary Shares") from his family trust to his pension scheme, at a price of 2.075 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transfer").

Following the Transfer, the beneficial interests of Mark Taylor and persons closely associated with him remains unchanged at 10,876,961 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.7% of the Company's issued share capital.
