Channel island financial comission explained that although Paragon/Nvta is registered in Jersey, it is not regulated there. Apparently, it is not regulated by any regulatory authority, anywhere

Why only for a short time, couldnt you post it and leave it?. other investors may see it and follow your lead. Thats the best thing. We will need help from others to get this moving, up to you of course, but i see no reason for removing it

Hey, unluckyone. If i am talking to the FCA again, and i need to refer to a third shareholder ( you) who emailed them, what should i say is your name?

Ok, glad to hear that. They said today on the phone that they would need to hear from 2, or 3 individuals before they would even think about it, so i guess we are getting some rubber down on the road right about now. This gives us traction moving forward.

Can you copy and paste the content of your email, id really like to read it if thats ok

You could always send them an email.

It may not amount to anything, but isnt it better to stand up and be counted?

sirigold - They would suggest you do anything to avoid them having to do some work. You can add my name to calls for an investigation but I have done all this before when the Quidell fiasco was at its height.I got my MP involved and he was given the brush off by the FCA so he got a junior minister in the Treasury to have a word with them and even they were told to basically keep their nose out.Even if you do get them to launch an investigation they do not tell you the findings or of any punishment handed out.The FCA is a rule to itself that is answerable to no-one and should be disbanded.Good luck to you and the other shareholder that you mentioned but the whole City is corrupt and The Stock Market should be avoided at all costs

Mike. You dont need to add your name to calls for an FCA investigation. We will take care of that. But you could however contact the above aim regulator and ask them about Simon Hunt and Paragon,. You have contacted him on numerous occasions and if memory serves me correctly, he flat out ignored you...

Mike. Look. We cannot blame bad market conditions. Simon Hunt and Nick Harriss, are investment bankers by trade. They have access to the rothschild family silver.

We alsi cannot say " on Aim they shaft investors" and just let it be ok, because its not the main exchange. Fraud and corruption is fraud and corruption.

These people were being paid to do a job for us. How have they behaved? If you paid a painter £150 for a day, painting your bedroom, you would not phone him up if it was a horrendous job? Of course you would.. Just because they are privately schooled and sitting in plush offices means nothing to me!

2 shareholders have sent emails asking for investigation, the email address is aiminvestigations@londonstockexchange if you ever change your mind

Not defending them at all. We all know how AIM operates...we know we take a chance with any AIM share. It's got worse with the hard times in the stockmarket generally...particularly AIM. If they're gonna shaft us they will. And, no doubt, get away with it. I sold many before suspension etc and only have just over 700k shares now.
EDIT: That now being just over 7000 after that consolodation.

Yes. I will do that Mike. Ps, you sound like you are defending them?

You never complained much all along. Would you say how many shares are you holding, Mike?

Mike. Youve either got blinkers on your eyes, or you are like targa targa, . Either way, it doesnt matter. An investigation is being called for.

Simone. Question is, what exactly have they done that's illegal? If the FCA investigated SH would probably only answer that the business is ongoing and waiting for certain things to progress. Unless you have actual proof of misdemeanor you'll almost certainly be wasting your time. Me..I'll just sit it out hoping for decent developements.

Mike... unluckyone. The time has passed for complaining on this site. It is the Duty of the FCA to investigate fraudulantly run companies. I think we owe it to ourselves and future investors on the markets to hold these guys accountable. No??
