ALSO... James from PLECTRON. The Paragon Secretary in Jersey, is following up on these issues.

The company, BEING A PUBLIC COMPANY, which they are- are breaking Jersey Company Law by not releasing financial results. Also Breaking jersey law by not holding AGM or providing Transparency to shareholders. ..

UPDATE- in contact with JULIAN LAMB chief of the Registry in Jersey.

He is looking into the comments made by the company on 10 March 2016 about "being a private company and under no obligations to shareholders"

Also he is looking into, why Paragon have not filed any financial results in over 2 years, and why there has been No AGM in 2016.

Well why not try again tann?. Especially julian Lamb! This phone number connects directly to his office. He is the Chief man in Jersey.

Make the call man and tell him your concerns!
You might help us all out and Force the company to release some news.

Hello there Tann 😊... haven't seen you here before, you a shareholder ?
You could try again to gain info? Could try phoning company secretary in Jersey 01 53 48 88 86 0 ...ask them to ask the company to do an update.
You could contact the financial authorities in Jersey, including the Chief of the registry commission, Julian Lamb, on 01 534 82 206 7

What do you reckon about those suggestions.. let us know what they say? 😯😯

Out of 480 shareholders, I am the only one trying to get answers? I've put everything into the battle. Been dragged to police stations and courtrooms, Overnight stays in cells and strip searches!

But in the end I can surely say I have put up fight. I have resisted the corrupt management!!. This group of liars and directors who have conned and cheated the Paragon Resources Shareholders! Even if it has cost me my sanity and my soul, il be damned if I haven't put up a good fight! Good morning all... have a nice day

Spoke to the FINANCIAL SERVICES COMMISSION people in Jersey.
They say Paragon is still a public company, and not private as they stated in the News release on 10 March 2016.

THerefore, they should have held an AGM in 2016. And should still be obligated to provide company Progress updates.
