Nice historical grades...



...and directors keen on the chances of success:

Management is enthusiastic about the prospects of success at Plateau which is the first of many targets to be drilled at Lighthouse.



So:

- Drilling has started
- The historical grades are good
- The directors reckon there's a good chance of success
- The results are likely soon
- The share price is at support
- The company has a very strong cash balance
- Directors have invested heavily

What's not to like.

Yes, great news that they managed to get the drill started and that certainly removes some of the short term risk.

This would be moving higher if it hadn't been for the seller holding the price back in the past couple of weeks.

Exciting times ahead.

Yep puts the drill worry to bed. The more they deliver on what they say the more suspicion will recede. Just needs PJ to start tweeting again now:)

Seller needs out, best time to offload into news.

Price weakening on the RNS though so maybe the seller still offloading into the anticipated liquidity.

Good that the risk of the drill not happening until after the wet season has been removed though.

Nice move up so far today with plenty of buyers taking advantage of the drop.

It'd be good to see the price make a sustained rise from this level.

They think they can get drilling in before the rains. If not, as zhockey says, the assets won't wash away just 2/3 months delay. Yes the share price might drift without news but that could be an opportunity to enter or add under asset value.

I don't think there's any reason to think PJ is offloading, he started adding gradually here way before the Aussie deal, if he does then it will be RNS'd. Obviously not a widows and orphans stock but funded and with identifiable asset potential, not the worst punt around imo.

The wet season is not a risk, the company do not have to drill this year. It's not like the rain is going to wash the gold away :)

Regardless of the Aussie assets there's still the original PNG copper gold porphyry plus what's left of the 1.5m fundraise only 2 months ago and the current mcap is only 1.7m.

ADVFN market cap is incorrect.
