SP93 - I like Darrens communication skills like:

"The Company's extensive network of industry leaders..."

"Panther's world-class geological team..."

I bought into it...

What everybody seems to be forgetting is that we still have a 36% interest in
the Australian assets and got some cash as well.

Following the listing of Panther Metals' Australian assets on the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX") in December 2021, the valuation of the Company's 36.6% holding in the business has risen by over 30% to a valuation of almost GBP3m. The ASX listing has provided the Australian projects with the necessary capital to advance drill-ready targets focused on nickel and gold (within the Tier 1 Mining Districts of Laverton WA and in the NT). Through this spin-out Panther holds an attractive investment prospect, without any disruption to the Company's capital structure and without any financial obligations.

Conclusion

Panther Metals understand that the commercial realities of building an exploration company requires expertise in geology, finance, and the markets within which they operate. The Company's extensive network of industry leaders allows it to meet these objectives. Ultimately however, drilling success is the only route to discovery: the fundamental objective of any exploration company. Once Panther's world-class geological team identify the anomalies, they work hard to get drilling. The drill hole is the only place where substantial and sustained capital growth originates and it's with that operational focus Panther Metals will continue to advance.

Update on drilling or the plan by in the next 2 weeks. Can wait for the spike to buy / add, though no real rush as the placing money already being put to good use I'm sure.

Now instead of quarreling behaviour let's get back to the company itself and it's interesting prospects, for the sake of the serious investors here.

Well I have already done well out of PALM and hope to again but thank you for filling me in on recent details here.
As for MIRI I did make a profit there too, and all tech was being crushed at the time.
Financing is always a problem.

What is difficult here for any new investor, including myself, returning to a toxic environment, is that there is a mixture of stale bulls( see the same characters moaning in AAU for example) and serial shorters, who suprisingly pick appropriate names.

If you look at any share price of a company it will go through it's lulls and good times,so I do not judge by share price alone.

We live in difficult times so there are no guarantees in shares at the moment but I am here for a reason.

hazl my dear - pleasant as in MIRI..... you were giving me stick there for my realistic thoughts which turned to be true ;)

When you post the personal posts instead of the old links it is just a confirmation to me - to be on the right track - as you did not address the long term financing possibilities in the difficult environment where the capital is dear and rare

have a very nice day

yes warrants at 8.5p so will get there for sure, after that will depend on drilling results. All looks positive in the medium term.

Lol.

if I would be in charge - I would seek long term financing commitments from the supporting shareholders. in this upcoming macro environment capital will get dear (study interest rates cycle etc...)

palm can finace itself by getting cash from warrants, by selling even more shares (at what level), by selling down Oz shares (most likely and most wrong) or it can not get any financing if the macro gets difficult (long sleep coming - they are good at lol)
