Appears currently our subsidiary can have no more than 50 non-employee shareholders....so maybe preparing the groundwork for a coming future floatation?

"Panther Metals Plc would also like to inform shareholders that it has initiated the process to change the status of the 100%-owned Australian subsidiary from a Pty. Ltd. company to a UPC. We expect this process to be completed in the coming weeks."This statement has been overlooked imo. Why change the status of the ozzy subsidiary?

I wish they'd hurry up and implement it. Trying to be more positive but all gains we made are now almost gone :(

Maybe that was of real substance ojh2, time will tell but another subtle piece of the puzzle dropped in to place I think.

Also, if the link lasts, a research note to accompany it

It's a good intro to the portfolio, maybe one for the header?

it is a focused land grab time. just before gold take off.

keep low profile and grab the best land (at out of the money call options prices). concentrate on that !!! most bang for out capital.

sitting on proven gold finds - we can later employ people, teams, get JV partners, capital etc

good networks will do that in quality

all imho

Good post Spangle! With reference to your last paragraph, I trust Darren to know what market reaction would be and won't let the Panther bite off more than it can chew

Spud - I've just had a chance to watch it - was working on Thursday night.

My take is that they tend to get smaller areas of land in good postcodes, preferably before everyone else's diggers turn up (no reference to Australians intended!). He mentions about not having a big land bank several times.

I was left with the feeling that Merolia is a potential goldmine for us... what, oh, I see, good spot, yes, physically as well as metaphorically ;-) However, we have past activity on most of the licences that have yielded promising plays. I'm lucky to have done well on paper out of TXP, but their "exploration success" has really come from re-drilling historic finds that were overlooked at the time, but with today's prices, technology, and demand are very attractive. I'm hoping that by leasing areas in known geological provinces, often with previous historic workings, PALM can deliver a similar lower risk, high return for shareholders. Perhaps that is their model?

My "thought" (not really a concern) is that I can't see something they're doing that's going to move the price big time in the near future - certainly mag surveys aren't the answer - plus all of the prospects need investment, and we're not blessed with funds.

I'm also not wowed by him saying at the end that they were pursuing other opportunities, because they would IMHO be at risk of spreading themselves too thinly.

It may be internally but I think it is very much built around the Great Bear USP as Darren keeps talking about them and tweeting about them 😉👍
