    Board change

Panceltica (AIM: PANC), the Qatar based provider of fast track steel technology to the international construction industry, today announces
the following board changes.
               
Colin Fitzpatrick the Group*s finance director has decided to step down in order to return to the UK.  The board of directors wish Colin
every success for the future and thank him for his commitment during the admission process and for his efforts in setting up the Group*s
internal systems and processes.
    The board are therefore pleased to announce the appointment of Ben Bright, CFA, as Colin*s replacement. Ben joins Panceltica having
spent more than 8 years with Arthur Andersen and Deloitte*s. At Deloitte*s he worked with FTSE 350 companies with both UK and global
operations as well as project managing a number of LSE Main Market and AIM IPO assignments in the UK, China, Australia, Qatar and New
Zealand.


    Paul Fraser, Group Chief Executive Officer, commented:

*I have worked alongside Colin for over 20 years and would personally like to thank him for all his efforts. In particular, Colin made a
significant contribution to our successful IPO and we wish him well for the future.
 
I would also like to welcome Ben to the Group and believe he has the right depth of practical finance experience for the role having worked
with the Panceltica team whilst at Deloitte and has good sector knowledge. He is an excellent addition to our team.*
