25/3/2022 09:44 | I think EGM require only 5% ? Never mind, i guess most, if not all, PC shareholders are totally fed up with Sinclair et al……R | baner
25/3/2022 09:33 | Over 10% takes him into EGM territory - not usually his style, but may be sufficiently fed up of Sinclair by now. | spectoacc
25/3/2022 09:31 | Indeed PG moving up to 9.24% is positive. Wonder if he's buying in the market or picking up from other major holders | nickrl
25/3/2022 09:24 | Some positive news(IMO):- | cwa1
22/3/2022 21:02 | this is very cheap. IMV there's now a significant gap between what stock market investors and real world buyers of this sort of property are valuing these assets at. in the real world, debt remains very accessible and cheap, institutions and private equity have a tonne of uninvested capital, and retail parks in particular have bottomed out and are now rising again. offices is a bit more murky, but palace have had no problem disposing of assets this year at above book value. with LTV in the 35% range, continuing to fall as a result of residential property sales, this is a very cheap and low risk stock IMV. | m_kerr
21/3/2022 13:12 | a 33% discount to NAV means the shares should increase 50% in order to reach its NAV - a simple way to achieve that could be for the company to buy back its shares.........it is a mystery Sinclair is not doing so. | baner
20/3/2022 17:43 | They could do. It's encouraging seeing the likes of Gyllenhammar and this Harding character building stakes. PCA is currently on a 33% discount and the well covered dividend produces a yield of 5.3%. About 25% of the NAV is the Hudson Quarter flats which are not generating any income so plenty of scope for the dividend to increase when these are sold and proceeds reinvested. | hugepants
16/3/2022 20:00 | unicorn will look VERY stupid shortly. | baner
16/3/2022 16:02 | And Unicorn are out:- | cwa1
15/3/2022 19:07 | baner that just shows you why you why you are not a fund manager. | poacher45
15/3/2022 18:53 | Perhaps PG&DH can club together to bring some needed change here | nickrl
15/3/2022 14:42 | "A Winton Capital......" - nickrl, this is one of the more succesful investors in the market - David Harding! this is very good news for PC shareholders as no doubt mr Harding will not accept that his investment is managed by a mediocre team as that of Neil Sinclair et al. most encouraging! | baner
15/3/2022 14:41 | Well that explains one/some of the trades yesterday as it weighs in at 3.7M as a total holding now | cwa1
15/3/2022 14:23 | A Winton Capital Management Ltd has cropped up witj just 8%. Possibly another holder selling down? | nickrl
15/3/2022 10:06 | Interesting exchanges here yesterday: 3 x 3.7m @ 241.2p 1m and 2.7m @ 240p It looks like stale bulls (maybe bears now?) have found buyers in size for their shares with volumes going stratospheric. Possibly one to keep an eye on to see if sellers have been cleared here. The spread is a pain and very illiquid too so maybe worth watching the book first to see if it builds with any significant buy orders and 250p gets under threat. Absolutely nothing has happened so far but notable moves by the bulls and bears on each side of the exchanges here. All imo DYOR | sphere25
15/3/2022 08:02 | The Maidenhead acquisition was outright stupid. Sinclair is keen to spend cash in order to make the company less attractive for predators and also ”justify” | baner

15/3/2022 05:13 | Buywell, I have said it before. Not a good use of company money. Definition of a safe investment - one you have not seen the problems with. This fits the definition well. | konradpuss
14/3/2022 21:53 | Ref 22 Market St Maidenhead 35 pounds a sq ft seems to be the going rate now office space Maidenhead | 22 Market Street www.22-marketstreet. One wonders if office lets is now the way to go with home working seeming to now be here to stay Was this a good use of 10 million and was it acquired fully let out ? Would anyone like buywell to put up a 10 year chart with some lines on it ? Warning --- it is not for the faint hearted | buywell3
14/3/2022 21:23 | No one will have invested in this in order to protect Sinclair - who clearly is not concerned about shareholders. He will be out within a couple of months maximum. | baner
14/3/2022 20:52 | Well, I cannot call this one. Sinclair will just not step aside and Peter has never, to my recollection, instigated a hostile bid. I am still on the side lines for now. | konradpuss
14/3/2022 19:29 | Looking at the volume has Gyllenhammar bought more today? | hugepants
14/3/2022 18:57 | With Hudson Quarter the asset value is more like £4.60p. | poacher45
14/3/2022 17:46 | Well my modest holding could be available at 320 p | jbarcroftr
14/3/2022 16:08 | good volume in Palace stock today - looks like a predator is starting to move..........shall we expect a cash bid at 290p+ shortly? | baner |
