In the terms of the AIM Rules published February 2010 and insofar as it is aware, at 28 July 2010, 75.65% of the Company's AIM securities were not held in public hands.

That cals at 116m shares in public circulation.

Wilba, this super, relatively newly floated company is now on peoples radar. Punters would be crazy not to buy at this share price having done their research.

Yes always a good sign with a tick on the closing bell. Would expect without news to open up around 5%.
