Traded a very small amount yesterday on the dip, they were very difficult to get hold of, closed that off. Imv this is a quality company, however need to see the next trading update to have conviction here. Outside chance it may be taken out at some point, of may be not!

Well , bought back too early as it continues to drop along with most else in my portfolio. Suspect is will eventually bounce back up assuming Coronavirus does not stun the world economy.

I don't think today's drop is about this; 4 February 2020 Oxford Instruments plc Disposal of OI Healthcare business in the United States Oxford, 24 February 2020 Oxford Instruments plc, a leading provider of high technology products and services to industrial companies and scientific research communities, today announces that it has completed the sale of its OI Healthcare business in the US to MXR Imaging, Inc, for a consideration of $15.0 million (GBP11.5 million). This is a quality company, the issue is the rating now reflects it and any sniff of a slowdown the share price could be 20% lower in a flash.
