The Directors of Oryx International Growth Fund Limited (the "Fund" or "Oryx") are pleased to note the proposed acquisition by Young & Co.'s Brewery Plc of The City Pub Group Plc.

Based on the proposed acquisition price, this results in an uplift on the 31 October 2023 NAV of approximately GBP1.8m, equivalent to circa 13p per share. The shares were acquired by Oryx over the course of the current year, and the sale will achieve a profit of circa 60% in excess of cost.
