It looks like the latest pump has come to an end and the dump is currently in full sling. Where will it fall to this time 5p or less. OMI the biggest P&D on AIM and still people fall for it !

Yep, great to see the $2m coming in to OMI and everything progressing smoothly.

Nice summary elsewhere from Portfolio Power:

"Further news flow expected over coming weeks

A reminder

>> Assay results from Argentina (expected this month)
>> Re-Assay results from Pepas, Colombia
>> Fieldwork results from Brazil expected this month)
>> $2m contractual payment to OMI (conformation can land anytime now and will see is with a very healthy 5m cash considering Newmont/agncop are paying all.cost of exploration at ANZA so no need to raise funds for quite some time.
>> Confirmation of the next $20m drill commitment (all free carried to OMI.)
>> Additional drill plans/targets & Spend commitments to come in from Agnico & Newmont.
>> Formalisation of the NEW Joint Venture Company
>> Details of phase 3 agreements + further cash commitments from Agnico/Newmont up to further $60-$80m incoming ar that stage on route to proving up a multi billion dollar Tier 1 resource.

Present market cap just 17m"

Only just round to watching the Dec QA presentation Columbia looks very interesting, liked the way Brad talked through and rationalised where the Agnico and Newmont geos went wrong with the drill and how he would have drilled the hole intersecting the existing mineralised zone I also very much liked that they want a say on the technical/geological side (they won't have a veto ) but Brad is technically proficient that's for sure so that should give us a very high degree of comfort going forward if the Jv parties agree to allow OMI to have a say and are involved in future drilling campaigns Overall the Jv looking very strong , with funding ready to drill once the permits are in place

They will at some stage announce a Jorc resource but I can't see that any time soon so agree This is complex geology and a lot more work needs to be done, but we should not forget that 2 of the best global mining companies are here , are fully committed and have an in house on ground team in place with drill rigs They will be looking for a resource running into millions of ozs or they will walk awayAnd for it to economic it will have to be high grade and so far at least that is something we can take comfort from as the grades are world class It's a sit back and wait But there are the other 2 prospects and they do look interesting as well (my opinion only)

I can't see any JORC here. It's not in the JV partners interest to have a JORC until OMI are well out of the picture. Brad has played a blinder here, he has a pay rise a bonus and OMI's JV partners must be very happy with his performance. Maybe the will give him a consultancy job once OMI is history !

They need to get a Maiden JORC published for Anza to underpin a valuation for OMI’s share. Pre partners, the collective drill results comprise more than 5 years drilling and within those, some stellar intersections.
highly geared
