Sods law and elusive Timing.

Some of you may not believe that the US has actually printed an extra $22 Trillion
(undeclared to the World )that has gone into a Black Hole.

The ESF could certainly be holding a portion of that to help
manipulate everything !

Ironically Rumsfeld admitted to $2.3 trillion missing on September 10, 2001 (the day before 9/11),and I watched a cross examination by a Senator questioning the unaccountability of $7.5Trillion some years back,so $Trillions are Missing and maybe far beyond an extra $22Trillion.

USA.con has a mere Turnover of $20+ Trillion.

Gold soaring against so many Currencies and most currencies are going to witness
further valueless massive Confetti creation, which will surely further include the Us$Dollar at some point.

When Newmont eventually get drilling to start a campaign to discover their hoped 4+Million ounces, and we get into the days when the immense selling of Paper Gold
into the futures Markets stops working ,and they gradually have to allow Gold to rise - then so many will eventually be asking "Why couldn`t OMI have financed the Drilling themselves ?

Indeed... and maybe at Gold beyond $1450 (or whatever) we may be perversely hoping
that Newmont only discover 2 Million ounces and negotiate to hand it back.

No rush for me to buy more OMI,albeit I will buy more at whatever price around the period that Newmont announce the drilling campaign etc.

So many stocks to Buy-alas free Capital is not infinite - when not using margin bets,as I also doubt I will have a Gold stock I wish to sell for quite some time

Financing Gold anything could be in favour in 2020.

I added recently because of crisp management, Newmont and Anza. Expect this to provoke
a hammer blow from Big-T and others.

It is certainly not a dog.

Newmont think Anza "could" have 4-5 Million Ounces or they wouldn`t be interested

All the drilling so far has been overall positive and indicating high grade.

Beyond stating the obvious -I guess it`s all just down to Newmont announcing the next drilling programme.

Just a dog now. Trading like the company is finished. Down even when other miners are up big. Sad.

I tend to suspect that when any Gangster Bank reveals any truths-there is some underlying sinister agenda

However..............

From Goldman Sachs:

Buybacks have been the single largest source of US equity demand each year since 2010, averaging $421 billion annually. In comparison, during this period, average annual equity demand from households, mutual funds, pension funds, and foreign investors was less than $10 billion each.

In other words, the largest source of demand for stocks, by far, was not investors; it was corporate buybacks or acquisitions.

The math is pretty simple.

A corporation with a cost of capital of 4% could buy its own shares, earning, say, 8%. Then, the buying would reduce share count; increase the earnings per shares; drive up the stock price; trigger bonuses and stock incentive schemes; and generally, put a smile on investors’ faces.

Recall that between 2012 and 2019, the economy limped along at 2.5% per year. Wages were flat. And pre-tax, Main Street earnings were flat. But the S&P 500 doubled from 2012 to 2019, thanks to corporate buying.
