28/10/2015 10:17 | All I know is that Salzar is running this company 100 times better than the predecessor. They are profitable @ this level, once AU gets really going you wont see 22p for dust. Clearing $5m pa is not too shabby, when the mk cap is pretty much the same. Ramping up production when AU gets over $1250/$1300 Gold should be $2500+ end of next year. so a very profitable company. | ![]() dingo75

22/10/2015 16:57 | Looking at it....some things brewing just what....why a 'special meeting'Our CEO keeps harping on about not diluting shares, is it sale of assets in Anza to this major mining company? Who knows bit doesn't sound like dilution based on what our CEO always states about non dilution routes.Could this be why he bought shares not long ago? Who knows but something extraordinary is to be discussed.....see definition below...Special or extraordinary MeetingsA special meeting (sometimes called an extraordinary meeting) can have two meanings. The first meaning is simply a meeting that is outside the regular timetable. This meaning tends to be simply a colloquial term that is used for something out of the ordinary. It is usually called to discuss something important or unusual. This type of meeting usually requires no special notice but it is good governance to advise everyone who is eligible to attend, that the meeting is being held, and the purpose for it being held outside of the normal timetable that is the topic of discussion. The se | ![]() fatgreek
