Plus important thing to remember, is Salazar has structured the company now so it is "Fully Funded Through Cash Flow".

Golds on the up, this is almost at it's 200MA, through the 50MA.

All I know is that Salzar is running this company 100 times better than the predecessor.
They are profitable @ this level, once AU gets really going you wont see 22p for dust.

Clearing $5m pa is not too shabby, when the mk cap is pretty much the same.
Ramping up production when AU gets over $1250/$1300

Gold should be $2500+ end of next year. so a very profitable company.

they could be needing to discuss further redundancies, downsizing, or even closure - though these are not really 'extra-ordinary' in the case of OMI, just 'extra-ordinarily overdue'

It could be they're running out of money due to having to pay some posters here to ramp the company

Looking at it....some things brewing just what....why a 'special meeting'Our CEO keeps harping on about not diluting shares, is it sale of assets in Anza to this major mining company? Who knows bit doesn't sound like dilution based on what our CEO always states about non dilution routes.Could this be why he bought shares not long ago? Maybe the special meeting is to tell us we are being gobbled up by a bigger co as we are so cheap....It's inevitable it will happen.We are seriously too cheap at this SP

resale values on their kit is far less than that

would need 10M+ to decommission the mine if they shut shop (which they therefore cannot afford to do)

current affordably accessible resources running out, so need to do more exploration and mine development - for which they need far bigger amounts than you are considering

and if you believe those all in costs per oz you really are a dingo

2916 ounces a month = $437,400 profit monthly X 12 = $5.2m PBT.

Single digit P/E

They are profitable and cash flow is v healthy.
Once Gold goes to $1250 that will make them $729k monthly $8.7m annually.
Plus they can easily ramp up production to 50k when Gold strengthens.

$15m + in plant and machinery.

$6m mk cap.

Thats the facts!

Special meeting to no doubt discuss a capital raise of some sort. Cant be making any money at current Gold prices all things told.

OMI announce the AGM and Special Meeting without stating what the Special Metting is to discuss.

Any one have a clue or do I contact the company ?
