It is always a good sign for the share price to rise when you have to pay over the ask.

Cyberbub, you had to pay 3.2p ?
You can buy from Davey at 3.14p, unless you have bought big.

Looks to me like the chart might be showing another tick up on APT prices. Could be delayed from last week ?

Certainly I would hope 5-6p was achievable as we approach the commissioning of the mine in the next 2-3 months.

As long as the Tungsten price stays well above $300, I would think that 10p is a reasonable target over the next 6-9 months?NAI

The position in terms of ownership and debt structure is as follows. The JV Saloro has 100% ownership of the mine, production facilities and nearby exploration permits which go far beyond the Barruecopardo mine. Ormonde have a 30% interest in Saloro and Oaktree hold the remaining 70%. In terms of any costs, debt etc these sit with Saloro rather than the parent companies as does any operational profit. When the mine is established up and running Orm and Oaktree will be in a position to access profits through their 30/70 share. Additionally Ormonde will receive 1 million per annum as an operator fee.
In terms of the debt, Saloro has a huge advantage in that its funding comes direct from the parent company Oaktree, which leads to greater flexibility should there be any issues around repayment but these are not anticipated. Oaktree have already shown accommodation on this side when previously the project was held back waiting for favorable tungsten prices.

This is where my own calculations come in, so please treat as such only:
Probably the easiest way to look at this is in terms of all in costs against current APT price discounted by around 15% ( Saloro will produce basic Tungsten and not APT which requires further refinement.
The all in costs ( including debt repayment ) have not been published but in my view it is reasonable to see these being between $160-200. One of the contributors to this board went to last years AGM and came back with a figure of around $180. There is a basic operational cost figure on the website which from memory is around $114.
So working at extremes $200 all in cost ( which will likely be less) and say $280 sales figure there should be 80 x 260000 or 360000 to return to the parent companies after everything including debt covered. So $6,240,000 or $8,640,000 to Ormonde annually but plenty of room for these figures to be far higher.

Has anybody seen an explanation of the mine's financial ownership and debt structure? And a DCF valuation for the mine? It's not in the corporate presentation.
