Origin Enterprises plc ("Origin" or "the Company") announces that on 5 May 2023 it transferred 958 treasury shares to satisfy an exercise of share options granted under the Company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme (UK).

Following the above transfer, the number of treasury shares in the Company has reduced from 14,688,401 to 14,687,443. The total number of the Company's ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, is now 110,632,932.
