06/8/2017 21:06 | I wasn't aware there was going to be a placement in the short term. obviously there will be in due course | backmarker
04/8/2017 16:56 | When's the placement? I'll buy after that if it's well took up and sticky | drmaccers
03/8/2017 10:25 | well, now they've added another snout. seems to have a useful pedigree, which maybe is why they marked the share price up a tick. it certainly wasn't because of any actual purchasing of its shares. maybe Migge will help out and buy a few to show commitment, though one might expect he'll acquire more through options and share schemes. | backmarker
17/7/2017 06:15 | Unless they are talking about totally new projects then I would have thought Steed's job was to find other takers or uses for Thabout pencilled in for later. Since they are still some way off delivering the current project it is difficult to imagine they would get any funding for new stuff. Given there is plenty coal left after feeding the proposed power plant, even after the possible increase in size, it makes sense to look for ways to use this. That said, they've had plenty of time to investigate these already, so what Steed will bring to the table is unclear. So you could be right: just another snout at the trough. | backmarker
12/7/2017 19:12 | Three very big trades at mid-price and rather close together, with no effect on the SP, yet +/- so im thinking buys. Good luck to them. What makes me worry for my 30k shares and any hope of the shares reaching my sell target of 10p, is the fact that the board themselfs could not raise the money to fund the project and so they are paying a third party company to find Chinese money. So they have no money of their own and yet the new Director's job is "to identify new diversification opportunities for Oracle to deliver early cash flows." Is it me or is that a chicken and a egg thing !. Mr Steed is Currently director and/or partnerships of eight companies and in the last five years he has been a director / partner of a further seven. With so many other jobs i wonder if he will be here for long or maybe he fancies 'doing a Khan', gets paid and produces nothing, day in day out .... week in week out .... year in year out .... | tenapen
12/7/2017 10:59 | virtually no trades for several days. as exciting as this bb ! | backmarker
12/7/2017 07:11 | Chooo Chooo .... all aboard the gravy train. How many directors can a two bit holding company have ! more Dilution head ..... Chooo Chooo | tenapen
03/7/2017 13:50 | haha, nice work if you can get, and have no scruples. | backmarker
02/7/2017 18:33 | Hi Backmarker, It is sad to start a new thread with such a negative header, but i do think it is important to warn any future investors who may be tempted to buy on fake news and in doing so ! find themselfs trapped on a spike !. In nine long years they have not even started digging for coal. It could be another year or two and more dilution before they do start mining or building that power station. Whats to rush when the CEO - Khan gets paid £550 a day and produces Nothing. | tenapen
01/7/2017 13:20 | Hi tenapen. I'm only posting this to thank you for creating this new thread with ORCP's new name. Otherwise, it seems, nobody gives a damn. | backmarker
28/6/2017 18:16 | !FOLLOWFEED | tenapen
21/6/2017 09:30 | Yep, Khan is probably trying to string this out till the end, why should he progress to the next stage? Easy money for him at the moment! imho | targatarga
21/6/2017 09:17 | :::groan::: | tenapen
16/6/2017 16:41 | I get your drift. I don't have much of a position. I bought a few just after RRR (or was it RGM ) bought some. That was in the days when things looked (or were painted) rosy. Well, we all know better now ! | backmarker
16/6/2017 15:04 | hi tenapen, you are clearly very negative about the board. but are you still invested here ? is your view that the investment possibilities are so great that even the current board can't screw it up ? | backmarker
14/6/2017 19:23 | Hi backmarker, A good point you make but sadly people buy on the RNS without spending 10 minutes doing some research first. If they had spent 10 minutes reading back, they may have realise the project should be good, BUT the board are truly hopeless !.Ho Hum, More people taking a lose on selling out or being trapped in. It could be a long wait ! people. | tenapen
08/6/2017 12:12 | Today's market update had a quick impact on the share price However, I am finding it hard to see what it is exactly that is 'new' news. | backmarker
26/5/2017 07:19 | I wonder what Khan will do today to earn his daily rate of £550 Nine years of failure and he gets a payrise, you could not make it up. FAT CAT khan Out | tenapen
25/5/2017 21:05 | Annual report for 2016, Salary and fees; Mr s khan £140.483 Pension; £3,750 How can khan justify a wage of circa £2,700 per week ? There is no words Khan Out | tenapen
25/5/2017 20:05 | This two bit company still pays a premium to publish its Annual Review in a nice glossy magazine. To be fair the cost of printing it should be falling as each year that passes there are less and less pages in the review. :::groan::: Khan OUT | tenapen
16/5/2017 16:44 | Presumably they had to secure permits or whatever to dig the coal and sell it. And I understand the brown coal is low grade, and maybe not too profitable without a power station next door to take it, which means further negotiation and government setting the timetable. However, I guess they may still be getting overpaid for the contribution they are actually making to the overall process. | backmarker |
