("Optimisa" or the "Company")
Result of AGM
The Board of Optimisa announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting
held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed including the resolution to
cancel the admission of the Company's ordinary shares of 25 pence each to
trading on AIM. Cancellation will become effective from 7.00 am on Monday 27
July 2009.
Shareholders will be able to carry out dealings in the Ordinary Shares on AIM up
to close of business on Friday 24 July 2009.
