                              Dividend Information



The Board of Optimisa, confirms that it is recommending a final dividend of 3.0
pence per share resulting in a total dividend for the year ended 31 December
2007 of 4.67 pence per share.



Subject to shareholder approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be
held on 23 May 2008, the dividend will be paid on 6 June 2008 to shareholders on
the register on 18 April 2008.
