Current rise has taken that into consideration. So additional revenues from current acquisitions. All expected news have been factored in. Only something new can get this much much higher.

Publication of the main market prospectus will see this rise 16% over two days. It will be a game changer and is due any time in the next two weeks and these are often published around 320pm rather than 7am....

Personally I expect the share price to trade sideways until they get the authorisation for their premium listing. As someone who bought in at 321 I am happy to wait until that happens, it is a trust thing with the markets that they need to demonstrate their credibility.

From the Extraordinary General Meeting dated 28/09/2015

"The Company will make a further announcement once the change of name to "Paysafe Group plc" becomes effective, which is expected to be in approximately a month's time."

Whether that means that either the Announcement or the Name Change is expected, I can't tell.

I do not like EBITDA but seeing as that is the figure Ingenico use then OPAY has an EBITDA percentage of sales in excess of twice Ingenico. That what you get from being a seller of hardware.

I have never looked at Ingenico before, but looking at those results Ingenico is basically the terminal business, instore with a smaller payments processor on the side.

Opays payment processing is not much smaller but growing a lot faster, Igenicos growth hit by one large customer slowing down.
