Contract Win
Optare is pleased to announce that it has won a contract valued at over GBP2.5m to supply leading Merseyside operator Cumfybus with 13 Hybrid Solo buses, supported by the Government's Green Bus Fund. The buses will be used on high frequency city centre services in Liverpool and are for delivery in 2011. Jim Sumner CEO, commenting on the order said, "This is further great news for Optare as its Green Bus technology rolls out in the UK in another high profile city operation."
