Spoke with a lovely guy from the company yesterday on the phone,all going well,legalities taking few weeks more than expected,acquisition still going ahead,news soon maybe next week😁£££

it is also a solar stock which is an oil alternative so with oil price collapsing makes the economic argument for solar worse

will not be surprised if this deal gets pulled as they put the Admission Document together and the Creditors come back wanting their money

Stig - what a well researched article that is with a statement like this:''Opera did have more in the bank than its market value would suggest. It disclosed $56.9 million in cash as of Jan. 31.''28p share value. That'll do ;)

being described as a 'struggling' Company which has previously defaulted on debts

if it was any good it would list on US markets they do have their own Capital Markets !

The Acquisition

Following recent discussions, the Company has entered into non-binding heads of terms with Hudson for the acquisition of SoloPower for a consideration of US$220 million (the "Acquisition"). The heads of terms provide that the Acquisition will be satisfied by the issuance of new ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in Opera ("Opera Shares") to Hudson at a price of GBP0.28 per Opera Share, valuing the existing issued share capital of Opera at GBP4.8 million. In addition, it is envisaged that, in conjunction with completion of the Acquisition, there will be an equity financing raising net proceeds of not less than US$40 million to fund certain future investment and working capital requirements of SoloPower.

Lol still have over half my original holding in NCT at around .11p waiting for at least a triple bag there. Was caught out by the massive volume, have to say. But here at opra I see 7-9p as a good entry aimho
