Strong demand for placing and as a results the company has raised more than they were
hoping:

The total gross raised £3.54 million (C$6.07 million) net £3.37 million (C$5.70 million) from £3.04 million (C$5.23 million) net £2.92 million (C$5.00 million).

Well I have the same target now as the Director warrants are set at....15p within 9 months. Anything higher would not be a surprise but of course much depends on events leading up to the next fundraise by mid Q3

Well done.

If you have time today do some research on CSFS.

They will announce results on Wednesday and will issue Q1 trading update which i feel will be well ahead of expectations.

Share price will take off after the update.

Purple has no idea even what disruptive technology is in play here. It's actively being used in various medical facilities and likely to become defacto over the coming years. The US entry will be game changing and the fact that we have warrants issues at a 200% share price uplift, along with more money put in by the founders are very encouraging signs.We knew the raise was coming and so did the market, so as usual sold down until firm news released. No reason for this not to head for double figures from her and beyond.

MMAgrée about the warrants , i hate these sweeteners , but at least it will prevent forward selling below 15p to exercise these There is the 7p shares to slice out but with good news these should not be difficult , it will help the MMs during and demand periods But we are talking months away yet

Fundraising complete. Good to see the exercise price of the warrants is a healthy 15p within 9 months. I was worried it might have been far less than that so altogether the BOD have been reasonable here.
