Posting of Annual Accounts & Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Board of On-line PLC (AIM: ONL) reports that, further to the announcement of the Company's preliminary results on 9 November 2017, the Company has today posted to shareholders the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2017 ("Accounts"), including notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at 11.00 on 15 December 2017. In addition to the normal business at the AGM, there is a special resolution to approve the proposed change of the Company's registered name to "Online Blockchain plc".
