Issue of Equity and PDMR Dealings

Oleeo plc (LSE AIM: OLEE), announces that the Company has issued 23,350 new Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") as a result of an exercise of share options.

Issue of Equity

Application has been made for the 23,350 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that dealings in these new Ordinary Shares will commence on 4 December 2019 ("Admission"). The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.

Following Admission, the Company will have in issue a total of 7,651,404 Ordinary Shares (the "Enlarged ISC"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.

PDMR Dealings

As part of the option exercise, David Moore, the Company's Technical Director classified as a PDMR, exercised options at an exercise price of 105 pence over 10,000 Ordinary Shares. Following this exercise of options, David Moore holds 15,100 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.20% of the Enlarged ISC and options over 40,000 Ordinary Shares.

As part of the option exercise, David Earland, the Company's Operations Director classified as a PDMR, exercised options at an exercise price of 88.5 pence over 9,150 Ordinary Shares. Following this exercise of options, David Earland holds 20,550 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.27% of the Enlarged ISC and options over 42,910 Ordinary Shares.
