20/8/2012 11:58 | Two more multi million pound contracts also to be announced :-) could be a big week for this company's share price | shammytime
20/8/2012 08:35 | Looks to be some interest here this morning. By all accounts the numbers this week will exceed targets | shammytime
21/6/2012 10:54 | ...and a new £10 million contract:- | jeff h
21/6/2012 08:37 | Clients stocking up before the Olympics:- "..and we have already seen a 15% increase in orders for pens and 23% for copier paper, as customers take the sensible decision to stock up to avoid any shortages or expensive courier costs during the games." | jeff h
20/6/2012 15:21 | I'm detecting some upward momentum here at last, so treated myself to a little toppy uppy at 140.4p | thamestrader
10/5/2012 10:58 | As a non-holder, the stock is starting to look interesting after the recent fall. Support looks to be at around 125, looking at the chart, not sure if that level is going to be reached but would look excellent value if it did. | daz
02/5/2012 10:19 | Looks like its on it its way to capture the pre XD highs of 160+.The shares are trading on 2012 earnings multiple of just 6.3x and yielding over 7% at 155p based on brokers estimate of 24.5p eps for the year.No doubt earnings will exceed current estimate of 26.6p for 2013 with todays announcement.Hard to say what they will do but I wouldnt be surprised if the contract adds atleast another 2p to earnings. That should drop earnings multiple to just 5.3x for 2013. Way too cheap imo and about time they were rerated. In the meantime we can enjoy a healthy divi pay out while we wait for the rerating...;o) | nurdin
02/5/2012 07:37 | Nice one... 02 May 2012 office2office plc secures multi million pound contract with Best Buy Europe In accordance with its policy to announce material contract wins and retentions, office2office plc ("o2o" or "the Group"), the managed procurement and business critical services group, is pleased to announce that its Banner Managed Communication ("BMC") business has been awarded a significant contract with Best Buy Europe ("BBE" or "Best Buy"). Under this contract, BMC will provide a range of procurement and print management services across the Best Buy Europe Group, including the establishment of a marketing resource management tool to assist in the process of printing and delivering in-store point of sale. BMC and BBE will develop new practices and processes that will significantly improve Best Buy's efficiency and execution across over 1500 stores in the UK and Northern European markets. The contract will run for a minimum period of three years, with the capacity to extend for a further two years and is based upon the Group's open book pricing model. The contract is expected to commence in July, following a handover period with the incumbent provider in order to ensure a smooth transfer. In addition, some initial implementation costs will be incurred. Consequently, itis not expected to materially contribute to o2o's results in 2012 but will enhance earnings in 2013. Catherine Burke, Managing Director of BMC commented: "On behalf of the team at BMC, we are delighted to have been awarded this contract. I am confident BMC will deliver improved speed and efficiency within Best Buy Europe's marketing operations." Simon Moate, CEO of o2o said: "We warmly welcome Best Buy Europe. Our established and increasingly important open book managed procurement model is at the heart of our relationship and is again proving a key factor in securing record new business and growth for office2office." | nurdin
17/4/2012 17:09 | Unusually down on a strong market up day; a bit of selling to avoid the divi?. So I bought some, seemed rude not to. | deadly
06/4/2012 16:09 | Yes quite agree..I too am surprised there isnt much buying ahead of the XD date. No doubt the share price will adjust for the dividend on the day.If the price is whacked down by full 7.8p, then the shares will be trading on 2012 PE of just 6.2 and yield over 7.5%.Needless to sayI will be adding should the price retrace by that margin. | nurdin
06/4/2012 15:34 | Be great to see some buying to take out that last september high and break out of the current range before we get the 7.8p divi later this month. Goes XD 18th April - for a whopping 4.8% at this price - the full year yield still likely over 7%. Great for the ISA :) Should be a good year for OFF with their new contacts now fully contributing too. | chrisb1103
20/3/2012 08:22 | added a few more - can buy nicely within spread at pres. | penpont
09/3/2012 08:06 | ...and OFF we go ;o) | nurdin
08/3/2012 16:14 | Cheers to you to nurdin. The Shares mag article agrees with Panmure re the extension of products now being supplied, such as delivering cleaning products to Boots as it already delivers (non-retail) stationery to them already. Can use the same delivery for both type of products giving savings on transport costs. | jeff h
08/3/2012 15:40 | cheers Jeff. Heres is what Panmure have to say regarding outlook for the company: 'Outlook: New contracts and business retentions suggest a much improved outlook for o2o in 2012 and beyond, and an element of visibility of turnover growth irrespective of challenging macro conditions. A slow start to Govt contracts should now have worked its way through, and Advantia volumes have started strongly. More importantly, these contracts cover a number of additional service-based elements that continue to change the shape of the underlying business away from one of pure office supplies towards additional service-based operations, which sit naturally alongside the traditional offering. This bodes well for further growth and, with additional business to be won from closed loop initiatives and sustainable cost savings for clients possible, we believe the Group is increasingly well placed.' | nurdin
08/3/2012 15:28 | Good piece on them in today's Shares mag. Anticipated contract wins and a new logistics business. | jeff h
08/3/2012 15:07 | Yeah nurdin a new uptrend getting nicely underway here i reckon :-) | chrisb1103
08/3/2012 13:07 | Looking ready to take off..:o) Panmure have a price target of 191p based on very conservative earnings estimates of 23.38p for 2012 rising to 25.6p for 2013.Bear in mind we also get 8p divi in May...that makes the shares look very cheap indeed imo. | nurdin
02/3/2012 11:17 | Thought the results would comment on Adversion being bought:- ...a further move to expand the private sector part of the business but no doubt hoping to cross sell into other parts of the business. | jeff h
02/3/2012 11:06 | Yes I agree nurdin, Closed Loop not got the widespread acclaim it deserves. This year though many other Govt Depts will adopt it (and OFF will be doing the shredding as well), and if the likes of McDonalds are using it I'm sure other big organisations will follow. IC got them as a Buy after results. | jeff h
02/3/2012 08:12 | Wonder if there is any press coverage of the results yesterday...nothing that I can see so far | nurdin
01/3/2012 14:08 | Thanks for the link Jeff ..excellent stuff.Looks like to me that the significance of Closed Loop hasnt been fully appreciated by the market yet | nurdin
01/3/2012 12:42 | I expected more commentary on the Closed Loop and other parts of the business as I posted above. Closed Loop looks like being a big winner for the company in these environmentally aware days. It's not just the public sector who are adopting it but large corporations such as McDonalds mentioned below. 125,000 Buy just gone through at the full ask. | jeff h
01/3/2012 08:04 | Waiting for the crowds to wake up and smell the coffeee ..:o) | nurdin
01/3/2012 07:55 | Decent results. Positive cashflow, reducing debt and maintained dividend. Happy with all that. | jimbox1 |
