   The Company announces that on 5 April 2014, 151,706 Ordinary Shares of 
10p each were issued and allotted at a price of 97.0p per share pursuant 
to the Offer for Subscription (the "Offer") that opened on 4 April 2014. 
The Offer in respect of the 2013/2014 tax year closed at 12 noon today 
(5 April 2014). 
 
   Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of 
the new shares. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 
18 April 2014. 
 
   The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now: 
32,163,866 Ordinary Shares.
