   Octopus Titan VCT 1 plc announces that on 28 March 2014, 3,120,572 
Ordinary Shares of 10p each were issued and allotted to 544 subscribers 
at a price of 97p per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 3 
September 2013. 
 
   The following director was allotted shares and his total holdings are 
detailed below:

share capital) 
 
   Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of
